(no subject)

I hate that I keep interrupting my lengthy silences with these trivial little things, but my flash drive has suddenly stopped working and it's pissing me off, and apparently I felt the need to inflict my pissed off state on LJ at large. I didn't have anything on there that I don't have anywhere else, but it's all in about five different places and it was consolidated on the flash drive and argh. Plus, I've only had it for, like, three months.

Packing is going... well, actually, all things considered. Doing a little bit at a time is working for me, and I don't think it'll be too crazy come next weekend. I just finished going through my stuffed-to-capacity filing cabinet and ended up keeping exactly one box full of papers, and the rest went into a tub for shredding. I really just don't need my Grade 11 chemistry notes. I don't. Or five printed copies of the same stories which I've since revised anyway.

I think I'm done for the night now. I'm just going to sit here sulking about the flash drive.
